Inquiry & Discovery Call
First things first, complete the Inquiry form on the Contact Page. Upon submission you will be prompted to book your free consultation call directly on our calendar. We’ll talk further about the details of your business, your vision for the project, and your long term goals.

Proposal & Onboarding
After our discovery call, we'll send you a proposal. Once you approve your package and any add-ons, and timeline, we'll send the contract and your first invoice. Your first payment locks in your spot, sets your start date, and kicks off the onboarding and project prep process.

Project Prep Work
Once you've booked your date, we’ll set up a kick-off call to walk you through what to expect and how to prepare. Before we get started, you’ll need to fill out a strategy questionnaire. This helps us make sure we’re all on the same page and kicking off your branding project with a solid plan in place.

Our design process starts with strategy first, by doing research based on the answers from a questionnaire and the inspiration you’ve gathered. Together we work on the foundation of your project by defining your brand mission, values, and goals and solidifying the visual direction that will attract your ideal clients.

Here’s the prep work you’ll need to provide before your start date:
STRATEGY QUESTIONNAIRE
I'll need you to complete a Strategy Questionnaire to ensure we diving into the soul of your brand. I'll also have you curate a Pinterest board and to get an idea of your personal style as well as the aesthetic and vibe you have in mind for your new brand identity.

Before we start your project, we will work out an agreed upon timeline that works with the availability in both of our schedules. To be fair to you, me and other clients in my schedule all prep work must be completed on the agreed upon date or we will have to reschedule your project. The rescheduling fee is $250 and all other payments are still due on the agreed upon schedule. Before we start your project there will be a specific outline of your project timeline/due dates in your welcome guide and in our contract.
Working with us is a collaboration and we have spent years perfecting our processes and systems to make our partnership as streamlined and smooth as possible. When booking with us please be aware that there is time and dedication needed from you in order to complete your project on time and efficiently.

I typically book projects a couple months in advance. I suggest inquiring about 1-3 months before your ideal launch date so that we have enough time to: complete the prep work, compile your content, create a strategy for your designs, brand your business, make revisions, and set you up for a smooth launch. When you book a discovery call, we’ll talk more about my availability + timeline.

Short answer is no. Your logo is just one key element of a beautiful brand.
Creating unique brands is our specialty, and that’s why we don't offer ‘just logo design’. We believe that the best brands are rooted in strategy and are fully functional.
One logo variation just isn’t versatile enough to be used on printed materials, your website, and social media etc.
We work to make our branding packages easily accessible through payment plans.

We specialize in designing on the Squarespace platform. There are a lot of reasons why. In short, It’s an all-in-one platform where we are able to customize at full capacity, from functionality to aesthetics while keeping the ease-of-use on the back end for clients to manage and edit after we work together.
We’re well known for our CSS customization of websites, which guarantees a unique online presence for each of our clients.
We work in Showit and Shopify on a case by case basis and will require a custom quote.

In general, clients should expect to book 1-3 months in advance to make sure we both have the time needed to work together. It takes some time to complete the prep work needed for our project. Our collaboration also requires you to have availability in your schedule to provide timely feedback. I only take on a certain number of projects at a time ensure I have the space to allow design projects to breathe and so I can deliver my best work to each client. If you're in a crunch, you can request a design intensive for a day rate or week rate to see what we can accomplish for you asap.

I allow 3 rounds of revisions for each phase of the project so we can refine our creative ideas in the most efficient way. This is typically at most needed at each phase. There are times where only small tweaks need to be made and this does not count as a full 'revision'. Kindly note that each additional round of a full revision will add a $150 charge to your final bill. If you'd like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Every package comes with payment plan options that is structured according to due dates rather than project milestones so we can always keep your project prioritized in queue and stay on track. Every payment plan starts with a non-refundable deposit of 25% with 2, 4, 6, 8 month payment plans available depending on scope. Before signing we work together to create the best payment plan for your needs.
